beginnings, part 1

Our travellers meet, and wander through a bunch of strange new places.

While I fully intended not to spend all my time doing backgrounds when I first devised the comic, I realized at some point that the feeling of going places and seeing weird lands really required you to… show those places! With that in mind, I really wanted to start off the comic by giving people a sense of some of the things going on in this world and seed a couple places we might explore more in the future.

This and the next 2 pages serve as a little intro to the world and our characters. We’ll get to know them more in the future!
